Shipping Policy
Please allow 10-14 business days for processing from the Drug Clubs, plus 7-10 days shipping of prescription items. Shipping charges are
$14.99 per package.
Orders placed by husbands and wives will
be treated as separate orders and will each be charged a
shipping charge. (It takes 10-14 business days to process your prescriptions once
we have your COMPLETE patient profile and your VALID American
prescription, plus 7 to 10
business days for shipping.)

Drug Policy
You must have a valid prescription from a physician licensed to practice medicine and to prescribe medications in the place where you live.
The American Drug Club will not handle any habit forming or narcotic pharmaceuticals, also known as scheduled drugs or controlled substances in some countries. We specialize in chronic care medicines that many people must take to sustain or improve their life.
You can order up to a three month supply of your medication if that is what has been prescribed for you.
We will not ship any pharmaceutical product to you that does not have an approved version in your country of residence.

Use Policy
This is an Agreement between you and The American Drug Club, and governs your use of the
Drug Club web site or sites and its content (collectively the "Main Site") as well as your use of the
Drug Club secure ordering site and its content (collectively the “Secure Site”), where both the Main Site and Secure Site are collectively referred to as the “Site”. Each time you use the Site you signify your acceptance and agreement, and the acceptance and agreement of any person you purport to represent (and for purposes of this Agreement, "person" includes natural persons and any type of incorporated or unincorporated entity), without limitation or qualification, to be bound by this Agreement, and you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to agree to and accept this Agreement on behalf of yourself and any person you purport to represent.

Protecting your privacy is important to American Drug Club. This Policy explains how
American Drug Club uses and discloses the personal information collected from and provided by you while using
American Drug Club's Web site (the "Main Site"). Any personal information collected or provided to us through the Main Site will be treated with care, and subject to this Policy, will not be used or disclosed in ways to which you have not consented.
Any Order information provided to us on the site where you place an order (the “Secure Site”) will be treated subject to the terms provided in the order form which you should review prior to providing that information.

Personal Information You Specifically Provide

American Drug Club. American Drug Club may use your personal information to contact and correspond with you, to respond to your inquiries, and as otherwise permitted by law. If you provide your email address,

American Drug Club and other matters it believes will interest you. Personal information provided to place an order on the Secure Site will be protected as stated in the privacy terms of the order form.

If the American Drug Club is involved in a merger or other reorganization,
the American Drug Club may disclose your personal information to the resulting organization. Also,
American Drug Club must cooperate fully should a situation arise where

Tracking Information
The American Drug Club may use and share with our partners non-personal statistical or demographic information which cannot be connected to the identities or other personal information of individual users for research purposes.
American Drug Club does not sell or share your information with

American Drug Club has no responsibility or liability for or control over those other websites. If you stop using the Site or your permission to use the Site is terminated by
